AnnMade Soap currently ships only within the United States using USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate. If multiple orders are placed, we will not automatically combine orders unless you e-mail to ask us to do so before we've packaged your order. If you find that you've made an error during checkout, please contact us as soon as possible via email at AnnMadeSoap@cinci.rr.com to alert us of any errors or changes, as it is our goal to ship orders as quickly as possible. Generally orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. Wholesale orders, please contact me via email.

Due to the personal nature, soap and bath products cannot be refunded, exchanged, or returned unless it was due to our error. We are aware that you cannot smell the products before ordering online, so we do our very best to describe our fragrances as accurately as possible. Once your order has been placed with USPS, we unfortunately do not have control of the package's transit. Should your order get lost during transit, please contact the USPS as soon as possible and file a claim so that you may be reimbursed the insured value. Please do not file the claim for AnnMade Soap to be reimbursed. Since soap and bath products are made with high amounts of butter and oils, please do not leave in high heat or direct sun. Store in a cool dry place. Although we do our best to ship products carefully, AnnMade Soap is not responsible for soap and/or bath products that arrive melted as it does not affect the integrity of the product. If this should happen, put product in a cool place so that the product can return to it's intended consistency, and then use as directed.

It is important to use care when exiting/entering the tub, as it can become slippery due to the amount of butters and oils used in our products. We use skin-safe, FDA-approved colorants for our bath products. In order to best protect your tub, please rinse after each use to ensure any residue is washed away. Allowing colorants or dried flowers/herbs to dry on your tub runs the risk of being potentially hard to remove or staining your tub. Please store products in a safe place away from small children and pets. Soap should be used within one year of purchase date and bath products should be used within 6 months of purchase date to ensure the quality of your product. For external use only. If you have sensitive skin, please test on a small area first. Discontinue if rash, redness or itching occurs.  Consult a physician or dermatologist if irritation persists. AnnMade Soap is not responsible for any injuries or problems due to improper use.

 

Please note: Our soaps are made in small batches using the cold process method. Due to the handcrafted nature of our soaps, please allow for variations. Handmade soap will last longer if kept dry between uses. Please use a draining soap dish and keep it away from streams of water.
